Shift managers across 12 warehouses tracked picks, exceptions and inventory in Excel — emailed back to HQ daily. Decisions ran a day behind reality. Mis-picks were caught a week later.

We replaced the spreadsheets with a single web ops console plus a tablet view for shift managers. Picks stream in real-time, exceptions surface immediately, and inventory reconciles continuously instead of nightly.

— 03 · Outcome

Mis-pick rate dropped 31% in the first quarter. HQ now sees floor activity within seconds. The network onboarded a 13th warehouse with no ops headcount added.
